Based at The Liberty Plaza office complex in Addison, Texas, Rothschild Capital Solutions is an umbrella limited liability partnership established in 2000. We are a commercial real estate investment banking firm and direct lender through our multi entity financial enterprises located in the following states: Oak Brook Illinois, Addison Texas and in Chicago west loop and Charlotte North Carolina. With a suite of niche products, we are active participants in the commercial real estate finance sector and have established a geographic lending footprint in several major markets across the United States. Our signature lending niche products are: RE Preferred Equity, build to suit Bridge and our Private Equity products.
*We are not lending in the following regions: Southeast excluding North Carolina and Georgia, West coast excluding Nevada, Southwest excluding Texas and Arizona. All Northeast loan request are reviewed case by case. Currently we are not making any investment/loans in healthcare sector.
We are comprised of four different entities under a umbrella limited partnership known as the ULP. The ownership and operating entity is Edmundson Rothschild, Spaulding & Travis PC. The the orientation platform, conduit and investment banking operation is Rothschild Capital Solutions. Our funding niche platform is Rothschild Capital Group of Illinois.
Our objective is to invest in under managed but well-located assets across the Midwest and Southeast regions. In connection with these transactions, we seek to finance new business real estate ventures that has the ability to manage the underlying properties and ultimately maximize their value by instituting best-in-class assets to further improve cash flow for stabilization.

Rothschild Capital Solutions is a private niche lender with broad reach through its financial enterprise partnerships and its holding company special use project fund. Rothschild Capital Solutions offers an investment capacity up to $15 million from a balance sheet position and up to $35 million by syndication within the Rothschild financial enterprise.

Rothschild bring a unique blend the architectural landscape of mezzanine, preferred stock soft money calculation with a waterfall one time payment. All Packaged into combine legal structure with JV and standard loan provisions.
